At Folk Interiors, we want you to love your home; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home décor and furniture pieces are returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Leave your package at any authorized drop-off location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
