Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. For larger furniture items or international orders, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-custom items. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Can I track my delivery?

What happens if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.
